This may include names, contact details, donation or event-registration details, attendance information, communication preferences, and relevant information needed to make events accessible and safe. This processing helps us plan and deliver events, manage bookings and donations, thank supporters, meet financial and reporting obligations, understand the reach of our work, and raise funds to support our community activities. We collect only information that is relevant and proportionate, keep it secure, restrict access to authorised people, and retain it only for as long as necessary. We have considered the impact on individuals and believe the benefit of supporting community activities and fundraising is not outweighed by privacy risks, particularly because people can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
